Some of our future projects include:

- Honey. Next spring we hope to get 2 or 3 bee hives. These will increase the fruitfulness of the garden as well as provide honey. It would take a couple of years for the hives to be productive.

- Pork. Pasture raised pork is delicious. We hope to put a small herd on our hill top. They would be "ready" in early fall.

Fruit - We have selected numerous varieties of heritage fruit trees. These will be planted on the south facing hill side. Most would bear fruit in two or three years.

Dairy - My daughters think they can raise some milkers from the bottle fed kids they have raised. Maybe there is some cheese or butter in the future!.
