Our Methods

Our beef is raised on the lush pasture of our North Alabama farm. Grass fed and grass finished, our all natural beef is raised using no growth stimulants or chemical additives. The young calves are put on pasture in spring with ample room to roam freely. They are watered with fresh water from a deep well water system

The nutritional benefits and superior taste of authentic grass fed and grass finished beef followed by dry ageing are well known.

Our beef is dry aged for at least 2 weeks and cut according to your specifications.
